About Moshi’s Peanut Brittle - this peanut brittle is from Moshi Food, Marcos Mustain’s family recipe. Marcos’ Grandma Mildred taught him all about the art of candy making. Over the years, she made a vast number of candies and chocolates that she would dole out by the pound to all her kids and grand kids at Christmas time. She gave him the recipe along with her tried and true techniques for everyone’s favorite after dinner treat. Now, it is our pleasure to serve her brittle to a larger audience, honoring her legacy as not only a wonderful human, but a delightful candy maker. Size: 4oz bag
